The Mets win a thrilling, come-from-behind, extra-inning Championship Game against the Yankees who were undefeated in the regular season!  The Yankee's pitcher, J.T. Bonventre, struck out 14, but the Mets managed to score 3 runs off the Cy Young Award winner and tie the game in the last inning.  Mets pitcher, Jack Passaro, also pitched well giving up 3 runs while striking out 13!  Key hits in the seventh inning by Jack, Alex Foster, Michael Huisman, and Quinn Davidson put the game out of reach as the Mets scored 3 runs in that extra inning of play.  Parker Haff drove in the run that tied the game in the sixth and then he came in to pitch the last two innings striking out the side to end the game.  The crowd went wild as you could hear the chant, "LET'S GO METS" all the way down Main Street!
